Hello!

The basics: My name is Edmund, and I am an Industrial Design student at Arizona State University.  My life goal is to be an awesome designer that makes a difference in the lives of people around the world. Design has always been a great passion of mine; I grew up smashing electronics, appliances, and toys to find out how they worked, and trying to figuring out how I might design them better.  To this day I still embrace my child-like curiosity (but now in a much less destructive way.) This desire for an understanding of how things work has greatly benefitted me in both the design process and throughout my education.

-       Professionally I have experience in Retail, Consumer Banking, and Product Demonstration.

-       I am well versed in the Adobe CS6, Rhino 3D, Keyshot, and Microsoft office. I have working knowledge of Soildworks.

-       I closely follow the automotive, consumer electronic/appliance, and athletic industries.

-       I have a lot of interest in color theory, material textures and finishes.

-       When not designing, my hobbies include long distance running, and cooking- they allow me to challenge myself.
